unhindered and (seemingly) illogical

well, that game of crib never happened, as i decided to go sleep for a bit instead. wise choice, i think. anywho... now that i am awake again, it is time to do some reading...

a good morning so far, nothing too exciting. slept in a little bit, now have a long afternoon of reading to look forward to. other than that? not too much... was just reflecting at the lunch table that i haven't been home in 2 and a half months, since the start of this semester. last semester i was home a lot more than that. it would be fun to surprise my fam by just showing up some weekend, but? that takes money and a car, of which i have neither right now... :) oh well, not a big deal. i am just sitting here, listening to Death Cab For Cutie. i love these guys! and i even get to see them in concert this may along with Coldplay! it's gonna be awesome! anyhow... time to go read or something, i think.

get up, go to class, grab some lunch, fall asleep. wake up, play some catch, a little hack, grab some supper. tweak some noise for a friend, come on here, post some new stuff on a new site. shoot a whole roll of film in a half hour. (man that felt good!) go yell surprise later and happy birthday, do some reading, (my bible too) and talk to God. go to bed and sleep away... there's my day as it has been and probably will go... :)

on a different note, just got done with some reading, feels like its been a decently productive day. i think i might write for a while tonight. i feel like i have lots to say right now, no particualr reason why. maybe its just all the reading i have done today. putting all of that in my mind has made it cramped, and so i need to write to get some stuff out to make more room... lol..! but, whatever the reason, i might just drag out the old Smith-Carona tonight and peck away on it... or maybe i will just go to bed,
'cause that doesn't sound bad either...

well, i've had a nap now... i don't know how smart of an idea it was, but i sure feel a lot better afterwards! :) hopefully i won't be up too late b/c of it, but? time to settle in for an evening of reading... that being the only homework i really have to do. so, that's not too bad. i need to clean my room, too. definitely need to do that tonight. so, there's my life all mapped out for the evening... lol... anyhow, off to go clean that room of mine...

hmm.... things that i am learning:
1) just when i think i have something figured out, i find that i really don't at all.
2) when i have no idea what is going on, this is when things seem to happen.
3) even if i have no idea what is going on, God does.
4) waiting on God can be really difficult sometimes.

yesterday i thought i had my summer kinda mapped out maybe, and some idea what i thought i was supposed to do. today? not so much. well, i have an idea of what i am supposed to do, i just have no idea how it is going to get done. so? we'll see what happens. i have decided that i defineitly don't use the same logic that God does. lol... well, i could have told ya that a long time ago... but? He is definitely stretching me right now, so? i don't know what is going to happen, but i trust in Him to accomlish His will in my life. and that is good.

nothing like a little a music while i am doing homework... The Promise Ring in particular. Wood/Water is a great album. anyhow... nothing else too excting to say. i just thought it was cool to be listening to The Promise Ring. my computer still isn't working, but i have the hard drive hooked up to someone else's computer, so i can at least access all my important stuff and work on my papers... so, that is good. anyhow... back to homework...

today is gonna be a good day, i think. no particular reason, jut feels like it will be an alright day. it feels like fall in Seattle outside, overcast and damp. but, it is warm too, so i am not comlaining. just reminds me of whe i was living there, which i haven't thought of for quite some time. meh? its all good. this weekend was nice. just got to chill out, didn't really do any homework. my computr isn't working, but? hopefully that can be easily remedied. it was a nice weekend though. good to just hang out with friends. even got to play some baseball! even if i didn't have a glove, it was still fun.. :) good conversations, just good times... i have a brighter outlook on life today for some reason... God is good, i know that much. lol.... that's about all i know for sure right now. but? keeps me humble. anyhow... i feel like writing something, but i don't know what... just feel like writing... but, i have to go memorize some verses for class...

yep, ketchup is an unalienable right for all of humanity...
even if patrick henry didn't say it... even if some silly American kid, living in a foriegn country, (who constantly says all kinds of outrageous things and puts his foot in his mouth...!)... even if it were he that made such a statement, it would still be true, would it not? Long live ketchup!
